Admissions Criteria & Deadlines for Enrolment
The Admissions Committee—which will evaluate the applications for admission and for scholarships—will assign to every application up to 100 points according to the following criteria: up to a max. of 20 points for evaluation of a candidate's university degree and CV, up to a max. of 5 points for evaluation of each of the two letters of recommendation, and up to a max. of 70 points for evaluation of the research project or original paper (the latter is obligatory only for those candidates applying for a scholarship).

Read attentively the official Call for Applications and prepare the documents for on-line application in advance. The deadline for applications is on Monday, September 23rd, 2013 at noon (12 o'clock Italian time).

How to Apply?
Documents to attach in PDF to your on-line application:
1. a copy of your identity card or passport
2. curriculum vitae et studiorum (CV)
(Please indicate the level of your language skills in your CV. Reading comprehension in English and Spanish, as well as oral and written communication in at least one of the official languages of the program—English, Spanish or Italian—is indispensible.)
3. a self-certification of your academic transcripts (that is, a list of all the subjects of your university degree and the grades obtained thereof)
4. a copy of the original university diploma
+ in case of a degree obtained outside of Italy, and not yet officially declared as equivalent to Italian graduate degrees, add a proof that the procedure has been started for obtaining a declaration of worth of your diploma (Such a declaration—in Italian: "dichiarazione di valore"—shall be solicited at and made by a competent Italian diplomatic or consular representation for the country where the studies were carried out.)
5. a self-certification concerning the veracity of the statements and the authenticity of the documents attached to the application (Download the form of such a self-certification in PDF or DOC which is also accessible from the web page of the on-line application procedure. Such a form shall first be printed, filled and signed by the applicant, and then scanned and attached again in a PDF format.)
6. up to two letters of recommendation [NOTE FOR ON-LINE APPLICATION: upload them as "Further Title"!]
7. for the candidates applying for a scholarship: a research project or an original paper on one of the subjects connected to the master program, written either in English, Spanish, French or Italian. All documents attached to your application need to be uploaded in PDF (and take less than 2 Megabytes of memory per document, otherwise you won't be able to upload them).
Application & Admission

Applicants are required to possess (or being in the process of finalisation of) a university degree of at
least 10 semesters in law. The applications of candidates with degrees in other disciplines (social
sciences, philosophy, etc.) will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
The number of students admitted to enroll is limited to a maximum of 30. Selection of candidates will
be made based on the criteria specified below.
The tuition fees amount to 3.220,oo EUR, including official stamps (14,62 EUR) and state taxes for university enrolment (189,oo EUR). The organising committee has made an agreement with a hostel on the basis of which our students will get reduced prices for meals and individual rooms for the whole period of the residential session in Imperia.
Twelve scholarships will be awarded altogether to competing candidates. One scholarship of Marcial Pons consists in a contribution of 1.000 EUR. One scholarship of the same type has already been awarded by Palestra Editores at the end of June. The same holds for ten scholarships of the University of Genoa, which include the exemption from tuition fees in the amount of 3.000 EUR plus a contribution of up to 1.000 EUR to the costs of living and accommodation during the residential session in Imperia.

Enrolment with a Scholarship
The evaluation of the candidates applying for a scholarship will be published by September 23rd, 2013 on this website. The highest ranking candidate will be offered a scholarship of Marcial Pons in the amount of 1.000 EUR (as a contribution to the costs of living and accomodation during the residential session in Imperia). In case of equal rankings between a candidate responding to the first call for application
(in June) and a candidate responding to the second call (in September), priority will be
given to the former. The candidate will be invited to start the enrolment before
October 7th, 2013. This involves i) making an on-line payment of 1.220 EUR (As the
first part of tuition fees) by October 7th and ii) signing the educational contract
proposed by the University of Genoa. Missing the deadline to enrol implies loosing
the scholarship, which would then be offered to the next best ranking candidate.
The candidates who could not be awarded the scholarship will be asked to express
their interest for the remaining places in the program by October 7th, 2013.
Regular Enrolment
The evaluation of candidates for the remaining places will be published by September 30th, 2013 on this website. The highest ranking candidates will be invited to start the enrolment before October 7th, 2013. This involves i) making an on-line payment of 1.220 EUR (as the first part of tuition fees) by October 7th and ii) signing the educational contract proposed by the University of Genoa. Missing the deadline implies loosing the place in the program, which will then be offered to the next best ranking candidate. However, if you are waiting for another scholarship and cannot meet the deadline, let us know in advance and we will try to find an arrangment. The payments of the second and the third part of tuition fees in the amount of 1.000 EUR each shall be made by ovember 15th and December 15th, respectively. Candidates may also choose to make a unitary payment of tuition fees in the amount of 3.220,oo EUR by October 7th, 2013.
